此一时期在精神层面上，对传统的致敬，对东方式的诗画境界的营造，使艺术家再一次回归到文人士大夫寄情于山林的题材中，对“雪景”的描述更是尤为钟情。

不见一草一木的刻画，更无人工景致的表述。展现的则是大面积的构成与切割，雪与山、云与天互为应拖，生命在此刻予以定格。山峦由形状相近的块面累积组成，突破了蜿蜒辗转的传统气象，每一块面所处的空间深度都是在偶然的裂变中生成，黑白灰的交依，错落的将山高雪密有机融合，萧瑟淡远的山林之志跃然于图像之中。
